I'm learning conga music with Tato Sassone and I've also played djembe with him, and my conclusion is that he's a spectacular musician. He has an impressive technique, and I've seen him play absolutely everything that can make a sound 😉: from the drums to the congas, the cajón, and the djembe, and he always amazes me. As a teacher, he's excellent; he's incredibly patient, has a very clear method, and teaches in a friendly way that makes every class a joy. I always look forward to taking music classes with Tato. At first, it was something I felt intimidated by because, well, it's a completely different language.
