Drum classes include working on technical skills, rhythm, feeling, and playing the drums along with your favorite music. For me it's a complete 10: as a musician, as a teacher and as a person.
I'm learning conga music with Tato Sassone and I've also played djembe with him, and my conclusion is that he's a spectacular musician. He has an impressive technique, and I've seen him play absolutely everything that can make a sound 😉: from the drums to the congas, the cajón, and the djembe, and he always amazes me. As a teacher, he's excellent; he's incredibly patient, has a very clear method, and teaches in a friendly way that makes every class a joy. For me, he's a complete 10: as a musician, as a teacher, and as a person. I'm grateful that this genius is in Barcelona and that I can learn from him.
